Welcome to our website!  In 2008,  we had a shared vision to serve the businesses in the South Puget Sound region. From this mustard seed idea, we created the Business & Leadership Connection, which provides high-quality, relevant, practical, and affordable training services to businesses locally.  We want to serve you, the busy sole entrepreneur, business manager, or director of a non profit organization and your staff.  The BLC is  designed to equip you with the skills and resources to be successful.
